AREA15 Re-Named
Area15 will now be known as the "Vegas Immersive District."
The redevelopment agency expects this new entertainment district to welcome more than 3.5 million visitors annually and create more than 4,000 jobs.
The expansion will add more than 500 apartments, 200 hotel rooms, and will offer retail and office spaces to the district.
The Vegas Immersive District is set to take over 35.5 acres near AREA15. The district is expected to welcome 3.5 million annual visitors with $796 million in annual on-site spending, the post claimed.
