Viva Taco Festival is a three-day celebration in Las Vegas running October 31 through November 2, 2025 at Craig Ranch Park on the newly developed soccer fields. ATTRACTIONS TACOS AND VENDORS: 40+ taco vendors and food trucks competing for a grand prize. MUSIC AND ENTERTAINMENT: Live Mariachi, Banda, Norteño, Cumbia, Lucha Libre Wrestling, and headlining performances. CULTURAL PROGRAMMING: Día de los Muertos altars, Catrina contest, artisan vendors, and the Viva La Vida exhibition of altars.
