Workers at the site of the MSG Sphere at The Venetian have removed scaffolding and shoring from all three levels of the construction site. Construction on the $1.66 billion Sphere was stopped in mid-April.
MSG Entertainment crews building the MSG Sphere, a sphere-shaped music and entertainment arena, that will operated by the Venetian. The property will include more than 160,000 sq. ft. of display surface, a 17,500-seat auditorium and features the largest LED screen on earth.
The construction pause has resulted in the project being not able to meet its original completion date of 2021.
A spokeswoman for MSG Entertainment said, "There is no update on the resumption of construction."
