LAS VEGAS 2020-2021 CONSTRUCTION BOOM

               There is more bad news today for Nevada and Las Vegas as the economy continues to crumble.  But in the midst of all this bad news is good news going forward, Construction.
Construction is booming in all areas, Commercial Real Estate, Home Building and Infrastructure.
               Much needed highway and city road repairs are being done during this Tourism Slump.  Home building is hitting new heights as property values continue to rise. And finally, Commercial Real Estate including office complexes and casino resort construction is booming.


               The trend in new Casinos appears to be offering even more lavish amenities . The new casinos appear to be more tourist captivating, if that’s possible.
               This new trend appears to have started with The D Las Vegas Casino Hotel, with 638 rooms, debuting in the city's downtown section with a bang in the fall of 2012.  An upscale resort with hip decor, and lower prices than its nearby Las Vegas Strip luxury competitors and  with daily live entertainment.

Circa Resort Las Vegas, 21+ resort
               The Circa Resort & Casino opened in December 2020,  and is the first development to be built from the ground up in downtown Las Vegas since 1980.  The Circa features the “World’s Largest Sports Book.”  Circa is a 1.25 million-square-foot property, with  777- hotel rooms and is the tallest hotel north of the Strip at around 44 stories.
               The D and the Circa are the developments of brothers Derek and Greg Stevens who also own the Golden Gate, the oldest Hotel in Las Vegas.  The Stevens Brothers downtown developments have been a major contributor to the added tourist interest in the Fremont Street Experience.
               Other soon to Open Casino Resorts include, the Virgin Hotel and Resort World Las Vegas.


               The Virgin Hotel is owned by Sir Richard Branson and located on the old  just off the strip Hard Rock Casino property.
