Construction is booming in all areas, Commercial Real Estate, Home Building and Infrastructure.
Much needed highway and city road repairs are being done during this Tourism Slump.  Home building is hitting new heights as property values continue to rise. And finally, Commercial Real Estate including office complexes and casino resort construction is booming.

This new trend appears to have started with The D Las Vegas Casino Hotel, with 638 rooms, debuting in the city's downtown section with a bang in the fall of 2012.  An upscale resort with hip decor, and lower prices than its nearby Las Vegas Strip luxury competitors and  with daily live entertainment.
