The Las Vegas Strip has experienced restaurant closings up and down the strip since the pandemic started. In the meantime, 2022 has announced the opening of no less than 26 big restaurant openings spanning cuisines such as Japanese omakase, pub fare, Mexican, Italian, American, etc...
Martha Stewart being one of the big names will debut "The Bedford" by Martha Stewart at the Paris Las Vegas. It’s the first restaurant for the Lifestyle icon and entrepreneur, Snoop Dogg bestie, and conqueror of everything she touches.
Long rumored, but now confirmed by a construction permit filing, celebrity entrepreneur, TV personality, and culinary tutor Martha Stewart will debut her first restaurant on the Las Vegas Strip at Paris Las Vegas in 2022. The resort allocated an estimated budget of $100,000 to “selectively” demolish an existing space on the Strip property to make way for the new restaurant.
Lifestyle icon Martha Stewart will debut The Bedford by Martha Stewart at the Paris Las Vegas this coming spring. Named for Stewart’s country house in Bedford, New York, the 194-seat restaurant “will offer guests an authentic glimpse of how she lives and entertains in her own home,” according to a press release.
The Bedford will feature seasonal dinners, weekend brunch, and holiday menus, the restaurant plans to use several local purveyors and some of Stewart’s personal favorites: Las Vegas Farmers Market, Dartagnan Inc., Urbani Truffles, Roe Caviar, Frog Hollow Farm, Jasper Hill Farm, and Vermont Creamery. “Our menu will be delicious, depicting the very same kinds of foods I serve my friends and family,” Stewart said in the release.
Stewart is designing the restaurant herself with plans to bring the outdoors in with a backdrop of neutral tones to reflect the aesthetic of the beloved Bedford abode.
