Caesars selling the Iconic Landmark Flamingo Hotel
Caesars one of two dominant Casino Operators on the Las Vegas Strip, the other being MGM, is set to sell the Flamingo. Caesars had stated it wanted to sell one of its Las Vegas Strip properties but failed to reveal which one. It has now been confirmed by reliable sources that the Casino/Hotel in question is the Flamingo. Located in the heart of the Las Vegas Strip, the Flamingo Las Vegas helped define the Strip. Caesars expects the sale process is likely to be completed by mid-summer. In early 2019, Flamingo Las Vegas completed a $156 million room renovation, with two-thirds of the 3,500 total guest rooms and suites redesigned.
