LAS VEGAS RAIDERS (W0 – L3) ?

What Has Gone Wrong for the Raiders?

               A Tale of Two Seasons, Pre-Season (4-0)  / Regular Season ( 0-3 ).
Las Vegas Raider Coach
The current Raiders are a very talented group of players.  They made the 2021 Playoffs.  No team has ever made the Play-Offs after a regular season filled with more drama than the 2021 Las Vegas Raiders. It was a long, strange trip, even for a team that has long embraced its renegade reputation. Along the road to the postseason, the Raiders’ coach resigned over ugly emails. And if that didn’t shake them to their foundation, they lost two recent first-round draft picks because of off-the-field, incidents. This same team now has new All-Pro additions as well as a new Coaching Staff.
Fired Las Vegas Raider Coach
The Raiders after appearing to be World Beaters in the Pre-Season have fallen flat in the Regular Season. What is a very talented team, is missing something. What is it?

After making the Play-Offs last Season, in what was a turbulent Season. The Raiders made massive changes which have resulted in an 0-3 Season Start. The Raiders added a complete new coaching staff. They added one of the premier receivers in the league in Davante Adams. Adams played with Derek Carr ( 8 yrs ago) at Fresno State University.
When you look at the talent it makes you wonder if they picked the right Coach. My choice, a coach who was available, would have been Jim Harbaugh. Harbaugh took a team to the Super Bowl had an overall record of W49 - L22 in the NFL and a College record of W123 – L51.

New England Coach Bill Belichick is one of the most respected coaches in the NFL. His assistants to a large part have not attained much success. The Raiders choosing Josh McDaniels over Harbaugh puzzled me.
The loss to the Titans drops Josh McDaniels’ head coaching record to date 11-20. He was 11-17 with the Denver Broncos in 2009 and 2010.
The Raiders have two tough games upcoming then a bye week.  The Raiders next two games are against the Denver Broncos at Allegiant Stadium, then the Kansas Chiefs on the road before the bye week.
