MGM RESORTS RE-OPEN PLAN. MGM Las Vegas is going to Open their Casinos in Phases. The Bellagio and New York, New York will be the first to Re-Open. No dates were announced. That will be determined by the State of Nevada and the Nevada Gaming Commission.
