The Golden Gate Hotel on Fremont Street is celebrating its 115th birthday this week. The Hotel originally opened in 1906 is the oldest Hotel in Las Vegas.
The Golden Gate was a favorite watering hole for famous Las Vegas “Rat Pack,” – Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin, Sammy Davis Jr., Joey Bishop and Peter Lawford.
The Golden Gate is adjacent to the Circa downtown Las Vegas’ newest Casino Resort. Both, the Golden Gate and the Circa have the same owner, Derek Stevens. Stevens is a casino owner with a deep commitment to Las Vegas and the Fremont Street Experience.
