This Halloween The LINQ Promenade is the place to celebrate a weekend of Halloween fun from Friday, Oct. 29 through Sunday, Oct. 31. Beginning Friday, October 29, The LINQ Promenade transforms with Halloween decorations as Street Musicians, Face Painters, Bar Carts, a Fortune Teller, Stilt Walkers and Zombies take over the Promenade and create a very festive Halloween Party.
