BORING CO.’s VEGAS LOOP APPROVED?

IS THAT A CRAZY IDEA?

Clark County Commissioner’s approved plans for the Boring Co.’s Vegas Loop System.
If you think this is a crazy idea your right. Underground transportation is here, rail, not car.  An underground train is what is needed.
The Boring Loop System will be like adding one lane to the Las Vegas Strip.
Public Transportation is going to be vital as we head into the next century. What we don't need are more cars.  Some cities are already there.  Tokyo, for example, Metropolitan Area 51% of the transportation is public, while private vehicles provide 12%.   Las Vegas Public Transportation accounts for 4% and private vehicles 51%.

Work on the highly-anticipated Vegas Loop underground transportation system likely will begin within a year now that Clark County has approved the Boring Co.’s plans.
The approval of a 50-year franchise agreement between the County and Boring sets the stage for the permitting process to begin, which would lead to the start of construction of the 15-mile dual loop system.
Once fully operational,  the system is expected to handle 57,000 riders per hour?  This is a pipe dream.

The system is planned to be a point-to-point system, so passengers won’t have to stop at each station along the way.  A rider could get picked up at the Las Vegas Convention Center, for example, and be directly transported to Allegiant Stadium without having to stop at each resort along the way.
What sounds like something out of a Sci-Fi Novel appears to be happening before our very eyes..
