An official groundbreaking ceremony has been set for next week to welcome a new Hotel-casino Planned for Las Vegas, the DREAM HOTEL & CASINO. A spokesperson says Friday's event will mark the start of construction on the Dream Hotel and Casino. Shopoff Realty Investments and Contour are partnering with the Dream Hotel Group on the project. It's described as a 20-story, 531-room luxury project on Las Vegas Boulevard near Russell Road. Included in the plans are a third-level pool deck, a street-level cafe, private meeting and event space, on-site parking, and multiple dining and nightlife venues. The Opening is planned for late 2024. Dream Hotel & Casino was announced back in February 2020. At the time, it was described as a 21-story, 450-room hotel with a target opening of 2023.
